We are delighted to welcome Mandi Smiley, BS, CADC, as a Workforce Development Specialist in our Bangor office. For over 15 years, Mandi has worked in healthcare, providing clinical services to patients in substance use treatment centers and outpatient facilities. Throughout her career, she gained extensive knowledge in navigating community resources, providing case management to support people in reaching their goals. Mandi lives in the Hermon area with her family. She earned her bachelor’s degree in healthcare science from Husson University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Husson University, where she is a member of the international honor society Chi Sigma Iota, Bangor Chapter. He was born in Bangor and raised in Freeport, Maine, and received bachelor's degrees in political science and economics from Kenyon College and a master's degree in political science from Boston University, where he researched land use policy and American politics. An Eagle Scout, Peter enjoys hiking outdoors and caring for his pet rabbit, Elton. He looks forward to "joining our team and working with municipalities to plan stronger, more vibrant communities!"
