ARRUFF's mission is to rescue abused and abandoned animals found in underserved areas in Arkansas. The optimal health of rescued dogs is priority, as is assuring that each pet is provided with safety and love until they are ready to be adopted. We are a foster home based rescue, meaning volunteers care for these pets in our homes. They are provided with quality food geared towards their independent needs, all age appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, and each one is spayed or neutered. If other medical needs are present, these are addressed in a manner benefiting their health. ARRUFF adheres to an application process that matches the pets personality and needs with their forever person or family, ensuring they will receive the love, and the lives, that they so deserve.
