Community Clinical Services ABOUT US Community Clinical Services Inc. was founded as a communitybenefit organization in 1985 offering medical behavioral and pediatric dental care services in Lewiston and Auburn Maine. Since our inception we have been committed to providing equitable access to primary health services regardless of an individuals ability to pay. In 2000 Community Clinical Services CCS was designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center Look Alike FQHCLAL and incorporated as a nonprofit 501c3.
