Mission. We recognized the need to provide free hobby material to VA hospitalized veterans. The ARIE Foundation operates entirely through the services of our volunteers. We mail stamps to VA medical centers throughout the United States.Programs: The ARIE Foundation has student chapters at the New York University School of Medicine, and the Wayne State School of Medicine.
