Ellesmere District Scouts Welcome We are Ellesmere District Scouts one of the 8 Scout Districts in the Greater Manchester West County. There are 8 Scout Groups 2 Explorer Units a Young Leader Unit and a Scout Network. Our District covers Eccles Cadishead Irlam Walkden Worsley and Little Hulton. Each week over 350 young people in our local community aged between 4 to 25 are involved in Squirrels Beavers Cubs Scouts Explorers and Network We have over 100 adult volunteers who help to run the District and its Groups providing fun activities for our young people while developing the skills they need to succeed now and in the future.
