Massachusetts Center for the Book, chartered as the Commonwealth Affiliate of the Center for the Book in the Library of Congress, is a public-private partnership which is charged with developing, supporting, and promoting cultural programming to advance the cause of books and reading and enhance the outreach potential of Massachusetts public libraries. We promote collaborations that strengthen the connection between readers and books and that develop support for the art, culture & industry of books in our state and throughout our nation.
