We are saddened to announce the passing of Thomas C. "Tom" Boudin, Senior Accountant in MMCA's Fiscal Department. Tom first joined MMCA (formerly CEDC) in 1999 as Director of Finance, playing a key role in housing initiatives, transitional programs for unhoused people, and the expansion of Head Start and workforce development programs.
