The DC Shorts International Film Festival (Sept 5-8, 2024) DC Film Alliance is a non-profit (501c-3) dedicated to strengthening the film and media arts community in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. It accomplishes this by bringing together independent filmmakers and film lovers to participate in a wide range of multidisciplinary and educational programs throughout the year including the myriad DC Shorts programs (DC Shorts Film Festival and Screenplay Competition, DC Shorts WINS!, DC Shorts MENTORS, etc.) and curates a comprehensive collection of online resources including online tools and an up-to-date database for funders, vendors and publications.
