Objectives To provide support for atrisk target populations served by the CSIUincluding but not limited to teen parent migrant family literacy andHead Start students. To provide services to other atrisk populations for scholarships forpostsecondary training and support for summer camp attendance toScout camps athletic camps and other specialty camps.
