To cultivate Respect for Law throughout the state and nation to inform armicans concerning the federal and state judicial systems as one of the three equal branches of constitutional state and federal government to interest and inform youth concerning the important roles of American court systems in their lives to enhance the media's understanding of the roles of America's civil and criminal justice systems, their structures, operations and the persons who function therein to recognize.
