Patient and Family Assistance The Boomer Esiason Foundation scholarship program was created in July 2003 to provide financial assistance to students in the cystic fibrosis community who are pursuing higher education opportunities. Advocacy The Boomer Esiason Foundation is a patient advocacy leader for the cystic fibrosis community fighting to give patients and families a voice.
