Northeast Georgia CASA is a non-profit organization based in Toccoa, Georgia. We advocate for foster children in Northeast Georgia :) A CASA is a trained community volunteer appointed by a Judge to advocate for the best interests of an abused or neglected child in juvenile court. TO PROVIDE SCREENED TRAINED AND SUPERVISED COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS TO BE ADVOCATES FOR CHILDREN IN THE COURT SYSTEM
