Congress is working to pass legislation that will permanently implement and expand the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, preserving tax cuts for special interests and wealthy Americans. Congress is cutting funding to programs like SNAP and Medicaid to pay for permanent tax cuts to the rich.
