The PCD is a 501c3 nonprofit that works to enhance sustainable economic opportunity and community vitality in the Village and Town of Hamilton and the surrounding areas. Partnership for Community Development Our Partners Colgate University Village of Hamilton Town of Hamilton The PCD is a nimble and growing organization that responds to and meets the defined needs of the community that it serves the greater Hamiton Area. With the partners as its guide the PCD develops projects and programs and finds the funding sources to launch them. It is a combination of community planning networking design grant writing and project management.
