CASA of Brown County Home Volunteer Giving Events News Social More You Can Change a Child39s Story CASA volunteers build special relationships with children who have experienced abuse andor neglect and are under court protection. They visit them regularly and advocate on their behalf in monthly reports to the judge. A CASA volunteer is very often the only consistent adult in the lives of the children we serve many of whom are living in foster care. We also operate aFostering Futures program which provides youth ages 11 to 18 with essential life skills and educational and career exploration with their CASA volunteer by their side and aTransition Aged Youth TAY mentoring program for young adults ages 18 to 23 as they transition out of foster care and work toward selfsufficiency.
