It is with deep sadness the Snyder Fire Department announces the passing of Peter Voss, an Active-Life Member of the Fire Company, and dedicated first responder with 36 years of service. Pete previously served in the Cleveland-Hill Fire Department prior to joining Snyder in 1989. The Department wishes to extend our deepest condolences to his family, including daughters Angela, Jennifer, and his son-in-law Christopher Robinson (Angela), an Active Member of the Snyder Fire Department. Pete's booming voice and presence will be missed at the Snyder Firehouse, where he was frequently found, willing to help out and ensuring breakfast was picked up and ready for morning drill, driving apparatus, or watching the Sabres and Bills games.
