City Hall Park Conservancy WELCOME The mission of the City Hall Park Conservancy is to enhance and reenvision City Hall Park as a community asset and New York Citywide symbol and to celebrate its past and contemporary history. We are working in partnership with the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation to make the best possible CITY HALL PARK. OUR BIG IDEAS Open Areas The Park contains several areas that could be cultivated as lawn or mixeduse space and open to area residents on a regular basis. Meet for a picnic play with the kids or attend a free tai chi class on the grass.
