Youth Life Skills Academy Youth Life Skills Academy We are an organization committed to educating and inspiring youth through compassionate mentorship and structured sporting events. It begins with basketball continues through education and inspires a way forward. We create safe spaces for young people to connect form deep bonds between themselves and their community and to learn from experienced mentors through our threedaylong basketball academies. YLSA partners with public schools and community centers like the Charles Jordan Community Center and the Salvation Army to host our academies each of which focuses on three key specific areas Basketball Fitness and Life Skills.
