Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program This 8-week water-based class helps improve flexibility, strength, and daily function—while reducing pain and stiffness thanks to the buoyancy of the water. Enhance Fitness An evidence-based group workout designed for all levels. These easy-to-learn exercises help increase energy, improve balance, and support better sleep. Walk With Ease This walking program helps reduce arthritis pain, build strength and confidence, and improve overall mobility.
