CCAP Support CTs Youth Cycling The CT Cycling Advancement Program aims to put every child in Connecticut on a bike. Whether they choose to excel as a racer have fun in the dirt or learn to ride safely in traffic were here to show them the way. Since 2013 we have introduced thousands of children aged 918 to the sport of cycling. Learn more about our programs and events and how you can be a part of our success.
