Midtown Neighborhood Association Midtown Neighborhood Association We are a neighborhood organization registered as a nonprofit. We receive funding from the federal government via the Department of Housing and Urban Development and allocated via the City of Grand Rapids commissioners. We are one of a dozen or so other funded neighborhood associations. Most neighborhoods in Grand Rapids have a functioning association whether funded or not that collaborate and work together to make this city a hospitable place to live.
