As we continue through Nurses Week, we wanted to spend our #TBTriHealth Thursday showcasing a documentary that premiered in May 2024 called “Breaking the Silence." The project, created by Black Women Cultivating Change and the Black Nurses Network and supported in part by TriHealth, is intended to highlight some of the racial biases that often gets overlooked in health care, specifically in nursing.
