Our Mission Committed to Saving and Rehoming Abandoned Pets Middleburg Humane Foundation rescues rehabilitates and rehomes animals in need and promotes animal welfare through community outreach and humane education. We accomplish our mission through our various programs intake and adoption TrapNeuterReturn food and medical care assistance humane education internships and volunteerism. The foundation operates a nonprofit 23acre farm shelter located on the west side of Marshall Virginia just off Route 66 Exit 27.
