People's Community Action Corporation – A community support corporation from People's Family PCAC acts as a catalyst fighting to end poverty by empowering individuals families and communities to thrive. Peoples Community Action Corporation is the newest member of the PHC Corporate Family. It is our hope and expectation that the addition of PCAC to the family of Peoples corporations will allow us to expand even further our services to the community and ultimately serve to support a stronger and healthier St. Louis City and Wellston community.
