22nd Judicial District CASA Who We Are We are dedicated to improving the lives of the children in the Oklahoma foster care system in Hughes Pontotoc and Seminole Counties. Our specially trained volunteers strive to become a positive stable influence for children while ensuring they have a voice in the courts and the services they need for a stable future. What We Do 22nd Judicial District CASA is one of 19 local CASA programs in Oklahoma. We recruit train and supervise Court Appointed Special Advocate CASA volunteers to advocate for children involved in the child welfare system and improve their wellbeing.
