Founded in 2018 by an eager and dedicated husband-and-wife team, Josh and Danielle, Clark Family Mushrooms has blossomed from its humble beginnings, starting as a home operation in their own backyard to owning a year-round thriving facility in Orfordville, Wisconsin. As a family of nine, the Clarks are dedicated to cultivating a wide variety of mushrooms that they love and are proud to share with the local community - from Golden Oysters (perfect for salads and stir-frys!) to Nameko mushrooms (often used for soups, adding an umami-rich element to any dish). Their commitment to quality and sustainability drives them to produce exceptional mushrooms that not only taste amazing but have exceptional health benefits as well.
