Welcome to APICS Toledo The ASCM Toledo Chapter has voted to dissolve. What does this mean for our existing members. When you became an ASCM member you selected the Toledo Chapter as your local affiliate and a nominal fee was included in your membership dues that helped us to produce programs and classes. Going forward you will need to select a new affiliate or become a general member of ASCM.
