Black Economic Development Coalition Inc. which does business as Tools for Change is a non profit CDFI loan fund that provides small business loans and development services to lowmoderate income minority veteran owned woman owned small businesses and entrepreneurs. We are a one stop shop for small business owners offering a combination of Micro Loans Small Business Services Technical Assistance and business education that is designed to meet all the needs of underserved entrepreneurs.
