Home Helping Entrepreneurs Achieve Their Dreams Tools For Change Here at Tools For Change our mission is to promote and participate in community economic development initiatives targeted to primarily assist low to moderate income black entrepreneurs in Miami Dade County Florida. Black Economic Development Coalition Inc. which does business as Tools for Change is a non profit CDFI loan fund that provides small business loans and development services to lowmoderate income minority veteran owned woman owned small businesses and entrepreneurs. We are a one stop shop for small business owners offering a combination of Micro Loans Small Business Services Technical Assistance and business education that is designed to meet all the needs of underserved entrepreneurs.
