Outpatient counseling can focus on anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, addiction, as well as a variety of other mental health struggles. We aim to walk alongside clients as they discover their power in managing their mental health, providing strategies and coping skills, and helping them understand the connections between their history, biology, psychology, and environment. Treatment can be both short-term and long-term and is a decision led by the client, with support from the therapist. (fb)
