Blueprint For Change (BFC) - Promoting the safety and well being of children and families. mouse For more than 20 years Blueprint for Change through its system of Neighborhood Places joins together with caring communities to put the well being of families and their children first. We wish to share the responsibility for the safety of Hawaiis youth by providing at risk families with the tools they need to create a safe and nurturing environment for their children. Blueprint for Change BFC is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that was created to promote an innovative service delivery model known and the Neighborhood Places which was developed to meet the unique challenges facing Hawaiis children and families. Our Neighborhood Place sites are always looking for volunteers.
