Everybody needs a little help sometimes. ALMOST HOME Almost Home Chicagos aspiration is to be the hands feet and voice of hope by providing food clothing survival items and love to those who need it most. OUR MISSION Our organization is aimed at helping those populations often forgotten by our society. We serve the homeless foodinsecure and addicted members of our community by providing access to survival items food mental health services harm reduction mentoring and a community where they are valued acknowledged and supported.
