The Montana Racial Equity Project Advocating for equity and justice across Montana Our Work First and foremost we are a racial equity and social justice organization. Our work centers on community organizing education and basebuilding and is rooted in the principles of solidarity equity and interdependence. Through the building and strengthening of relationships and the growing of alliances and networks we work to build intersectional antiracist leadership and community power toward transformational change in Montana. Founded in 2015 The Montana Racial Equity Project MTREP is a statewide organization with headquarters in Bozeman.
