Deaf Legal Advocacy Worldwide Deaf people have the human right to dream. Around the world the full inclusion of deaf people in society is a work in progress. The United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities CRPD guarantees the human rights of deaf people. In many countries however deaf people still suffer discrimination.
