CMHA wrapped up a successful week at the Federation of Canadian Municipalities Annual Conference and Trade Show in Ottawa, where more than 300+ municipalities were in attendance to talk about the power of pavers! Robert Bowers, P.Eng., CMHA’s VP of Engineering – Hardscapes, presented on permeable interlocking concrete pavement (PICP) during the Municipal Den sessions and met with leaders like Andrew Tennant, Deputy Mayor of Carleton Place. A big thank you to our member companies—Brampton Brick, Bolduc, and Techo-Bloc—for helping staff the booth and support CMHA’s presence at the show. We'll close out the event by hosting a Saturday evening reception for mayors and counselors from across Canada, made possible through the Canadian Activities Fund.
