This week, a candle glows in our window for Matthew—our strong, kind, and courageous friend. It’s a small light for someone who brought so much light into the lives of everyone who knew him. Matthew shared a special bond with Bree. They faced the hardest days together with strength, laughter, and an unshakable friendship. As we grieve, we find comfort in imagining Bree’s joyful spirit waiting for him in heaven—arms wide open, smile shining, ready to welcome him home with the love only true friends share.
