Eli and Bessie Cohen Camps
Welcome to Camp Tevya and Camp Tel Noar, two co-ed camps in New Hampshire. Our official nonprofit name is "Eli and Bessie Cohen Camps." Our mission is to enrich children's lives with confidence, caring, positive role models, and Jewish values. The Cohen Camps--Camp Tevya, Camp Tel Noar, and Camp Pembroke--enrich children’s lives by encouraging Jewish youth to be comfortable and confident in themselves so that they can connect positively with others and the world they live in. We are a community of positive role models who help our youth explore their Jewish identity and experience the joy of their Jewish heritage. Our campers and counselors leave camp determined to sustain Judaism and the Jewish People, and are committed to contributing responsibly to their world. Camp Tevya and Camp Tel Noar, our New Hampshire camps, operate under one parent nonprofit: Eli and Bessie Cohen Camps. Camp Pembroke operates under a sibling nonprofit: Eli and Bessie Cohen Camps of Massachusetts, Inc. Three camps, two nonprofits, one mission!
