Congratulations to our First Up graduates for an amazing cohort! We closed out strong with a focus on professional resiliency and communication — two essential skills for thriving in the first five years of your career. The class of 28 future leaders explored how to: ◾Maintain sources of renewal ◾Develop a growth mindset ◾Practice self-compassion ◾Navigate difficult conversations that lead to resolution ◾Use tools to practice empathy and active listening And because leadership is a VERB, we finished by building our personal “go strategies” to carry us into the year ahead with purpose and action.
