East African Community Services – Inspiring Cradle to Career Success A Historic project needs your help Please Donate to Support EACS Family Empowerment Center at Rainier Beach. We are proud to announce that EACS has successfully acquired the land to build our Family Empowerment Center at Rainier Beach. This multistory mixed use project will allow us to create approximately 55 affordable housing units daycare facilities stateoftheart smart classrooms for youth Youthran Coffee Shops regulation Basketball court East African cultural library and so much more. We have entered Phase 2 Fundraising to Break Ground and Build.
