Your voice is always important. Especially when it’s for the voiceless. We have a voice that should be used in every possible way. I encourage you to use it! That being said one of our very own animal welfare advocates that is also one of our board members took to the podium Monday night at the Forsyth County Commissioners meeting. Fur-Ever Friends of North Carolina has Feral Cat Houses. If you tend a feral cat colony and are in need of houses, please contact Kim Sturman at k.sturman@fureverfriendsnc.org. With spring comes a lot of rain and it can be miserable for your feline friends. We are also accepting donations to help pay for building the cat houses. Each house cost $35 for the supplies. We will build more this fall. These fabulous cat houses are double walled. You will need to provide the straw (not hay) for insulation.
