South Carolina Academy of Family Physicians – Physicians for a Lifetime of Good Health Welcome to the SouthCarolina Academy of Family Physicians The SCAFP is the Palmetto states largest primary care specialty medical association representing over 2099 family physicians residents and medical students. The mission of the South Carolina Academy of Family Physicians is to improve the health care of all South Carolinians through supporting and representing the specialty of family medicine. June 58 2025 2025 Summer Break Away Annual Assembly The Sonesta Resort on Hilton Head Island will be our location in 2025. The Summer Break Away Annual Assembly will include family physicians residents and other primary health care providers from SC and other states and offer current information on diverse medical subjects and practice enhancement strategies.
