Boston Blind Sailing Uniting blind visually impaired sailors with sighted guides to master the sport sailing. What may at first seem like an impossible feat sailing blind actually isnt so hard. Many top sailing coaches will blindfold their students and teams to have them pay more attention to their nonvisual senses. When you cannot see you become more aware to the feel of the boat the heel of the boat the power in the sails and the groove at the helm.
