Navigation primary Ascend Pickens In 2011 Pickens Revitalization Association PRA was created as an economic development partner for the City of Pickens. Founded on the principles of the National Main Street Center PRA used the fourpoint approach in its mission. As a unique economic development tool the Main Street FourPoint Approach is the foundation for local initiatives to revitalize their districts by leveraging local assetsfrom cultural or architectural heritage to local enterprises and community pride. PRA worked alongside the City of Pickens to empower the Pickens community with the knowledge skills tools and organizational structure necessary to revitalize Pickens into a vibrant center of commerce and community.
