In celebration of Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month, Eye-Bank staff organized a multicultural potluck, which featured traditional dishes including East Asian, Southeast Asian, South Asian, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander cuisines. For many AANHPI communities, food and family are central to identity. Sharing meals helps preserve cultural heritage, build cross-cultural connections, and pass traditions to the next generation—all while embracing life in a multicultural America. Our potluck wasn’t just about food—it was about community, inclusion and belonging. The Eye-Bank values diversity in all forms, and we are proud to serve the large and vibrant AANHPI communities in New York City, Long Island and the lower Hudson Valley. (fb)
