Who We Are The Hub Coalition of Porter County founded under the name Porter County Substance Abuse Council in 1989 was created to address the rising numbers in substance use and dependence. Currently we are continuing to work towards the reduction of substance misuse and associated negative consequences through communityled coalitions represented by service providers civic leaders parents students and residents. Our efforts are focused on community education substance misuse awareness and providing prevention programs to youth throughout Porter County.
