Our goal is to provide instruction that insures the building of character development of skills and sportsmanship while providing a fun and nurturing environment for our volleyball players to reach their maximum playing potential. Our players will be challenged at Xcel not only as individuals but also within a team dynamic. In conjunction with specific volleyball skills development we emphasize and teach our athletes the importance of proper nutrition overall fitness and conditioning along with healthy lifestyle choices.
