The Agency focuses its efforts on providing opportunities for low-income individuals and disenfranchised families. OPPORTUNITIES FOR OTSEGO, AS A COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY, MOBILIZES RESOURCES AND CREATES SOLUTIONS TO UNLOCK OPPORTUNITIES FOR LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN THE COUNTIES OF OTSEGO AND CHENANGO, NEW YORK.
