We work to magnify the impact of Community Action to serve lowincome Oregonians by advocating for resources with a unified voice strengthening partnerships and building network capacity. CAPO also operates programs in energy and weatherization training veteran39s services and support of homelessness programs across 26 rural Oregon counties. 11.
