The Kramer Foundation Service The Kramer Foundation provides certified search dogs for lost and missing persons cadavercrime scene dogs as well as therapy dogs for educational programs counseling agencies schools libraries victim interviews and any place needing a fuzzy shoulder to lean on. Rehabilitation We are dedicated to fostering rehabilitating and rehoming dogs that would historically be euthanized in shelters for behavior andor health issues. The Foundation has rescued nearly 1000 dogs to date. All programs are strictly volunteer with no cost to participants.
