Home - Southern Nevada Centers for Independent Living (SNCIL) Welcome to Southern Nevada Center for Independent Living At SNCIL were committed to removing the barriers preventing independent living by providing services designed to empower people with disabilities to We proudly serve people of all ages and disabilities throughout Clark County Nevada helping them navigate their journey toward greater independence. Our services are completely free and made possible through grants from the Administration for Community Living. We look forward to partnering with you to develop and achieve your independent living goals because everyone deserves the opportunity to live with dignity choice and support.
