Friends Of Lighthouse School Friends Of Lighthouse School The Friends of Lighthouse School FOLS is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that was established to support Lighthouse School programs and activities through grants gifts donations and fundraising efforts. The Lighthouse School is a K8 public charter school located in Coos Bay Oregon that educates based on a Waldorfinspired holistic approach that incorporates the students head heart and hands for academic and personal development. The primary goal for FOLS is to use the assets of the organization to enrich the educational and social experiences of the students of the Lighthouse School. FOLS aims to achieve its goals through the identification and targeting of special school needs that may be difficult to address through the Schools regular funding sources.
